Here's how it works:

• The offer is only for groups of 20 or more participants, partaking in a group tour (flights and tour services) organized by Scopia LLC to Israel, Egypt and/or Jordan.
• On the way to or from your tour destination, you can add a 3-day stop in Vienna.
• This stop can only take place if your group flies with Austrian Airlines for the stop in Vienna. The other direction can be with Austrian Airlines or with their partner, Lufthansa. For example, fly to Israel with Lufthansa, and return to the US via Vienna with Austrian Airlines.
• The direction of flight with the stopover must be from/to an Austrian Airlines gateway in the US: New York (JFK), Newark, Chicago or Washington, DC.

What is included with this offer?

• Round trip bus transportation from the Vienna Airport to/from the hotel.
• 2 Nights' accommodations in Classic rooms (sharing double rooms) at the Austria Trend Hotel - Ananas or a similar hotel - in Vienna.
• 2 Breakfasts at the hotel.
• 3-Hour introductory driving/walking guided tour of Vienna (entrance fees to sites not included).

What is not included with this offer?

• Additional airfare resulting from the stop in Vienna: If the stopover in Vienna results in an increase in airfare compared with other flight options, this increase will be added to the tour cost.
• Any service not mentioned above as included in the Offer, is not included. This pertains to flights, meals not mentioned, drinks during meals, touring outside of the itinerary, passports, visas if needed, expenses of a personal nature such as airline upgrades, gifts, phone calls, mini-bar purchases, or phone/data expenses.
• Entrance fees to sites.
• Single supplement of approximately $150
• Tips to service providers in Vienna.

• The offer is valid during May, June, September or October of 2024, and is subject to hotel availability. For stopovers in other months, please contact Scopia LLC to check if the offer can is available.
• USA-originating groups only.
• For an additional cost, it is possible to customize the touring or the stay in Vienna. For example: it is possible to add an additional 3 hours touring to visit sites related to Jewish Vienna or add one or more entrance fees to the free touring.
• This offer is not valid during trade fairs, congresses or public holidays.
