Before making any payments, please be sure to read the tour brochure and travel insurance information. Be sure you fully understand the Terms and Conditions as detailed in the tour brochure.

A. You can make your initial deposit by credit card or by check. 

B. To pay your initial deposit of $250 plus $28 for the insurance by credit card, please click here. Or, you may send a check.

C. Second deposit due May 1, 2024 and final payment due July 15, 2024 is by check or ACH only. Please contact Scopia LLC for ACH bank details.

D.  Check payments should be made payable to Scopia LLC and mailed to arrive by the due date to Scopia LLC, 8916 N. Iroquois Road, Bayside, WI 53217. Write "Spain 2024" on the memo line.

E. If you choose to opt out of the group insurance, the $28 paid for the insurance in the first deposit will be considered an additional deposit payment on the tour.

F. All payments must be made by the due dates below and are non-refundable.

1. Upon Registration and No Later than February 28, 2024: $250 per person, non-refundable deposit, plus $28 per person for the group insurance policy (may be paid by check or credit card).
2. May 1, 2024: An additional non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due, plus $36 for the group insurance policy (check only).
3. July 14, 2024: Final payment, along with remaining travel insurance, is due and is non-refundable. The amount will be determined by the final number of participants.
4. Please note other deposits may be required as requested from the suppliers.
5. Registrations after February 28, 2024 will be charged an extra $100 service fee.
