Before making any payments, please be sure to read the tour brochure and travel insurance information. Be sure you fully understand the Terms and Conditions as detailed in the tour brochure.

A. You can make your initial deposit by credit card or by check. 

B. To pay your initial deposit (due June 1, 2024) by credit card, with an added $22 agency processing fee, please click here. Or, you may send a check.

C. The second deposit (July 1, 2024) and the final payment) are payable by check or ACH only. Please contact Scopia LLC for ACH bank details.

D.  Check payments should be made payable to Scopia LLC and mailed to arrive by the due date to Scopia LLC, 8916 N. Iroquois Road, Bayside, WI 53217. Write "Greece 2024" on the memo line.

E. All payments must be made by the due dates below and are non-refundable.

1. Upon Registration and No Later than June 1, 2024: $700 per person, non-refundable deposit (may be paid by check or by credit card).
2. July 1, 2024: A second non-refundable deposit of $600 per person (check only).
3. September 1, 2024: Final payment is due and is non-refundable. The exact amount will be determined by the final number of participants.
4. Please note other deposits may be required as requested from the suppliers.
5. Registrations after June 1, 2024 will be charged an extra $100 service fee.
