Before making any payments, please be sure to read the tour brochure and travel insurance information. Be sure you fully understand the Terms and Conditions as detailed in the tour brochure. Reminder - All payments are non-refundable.

A.     Payments for initial deposits ($200 per person) are accepted by credit card or check. Credit card payments are subject to an agency service fee. All other payments are accepted by check only.

B.     All payments must be made by the due dates below.

C.     Important dates to remember:

• March 31, 2023: $200 per person (by credit card with an added service fee, or by check).
• June 1, 2023: An additional deposit of $1,500 per person (check only).
• August 15, 2023: Final payment is due. Rates will be determined by the final number of participants.
