ACH and Zelle payments are available for those interested. Please contact Scopia LLC if interested. Scopia LLC is not responsible for unreceived payments made via ACH or Zelle.

B. All payments must be made by the due dates below and are non-refundable.

1. Registration Deadline: July 1, 2026
2. At Registration and no later than July 1, 2026: A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person (credit card or check).
3. July 1, 2026: If we reach 10 participants, a second non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is due and is non-refundable (check or ACH).
4. August 1, 2026: Final payment is due and is non-refundable (check or wire transfer).
