ACH and Zelle payments are available for those interested. Please contact Scopia LLC if interested. Scopia LLC is not responsible for unreceived payments made via ACH or Zelle.

B. All payments must be made by the due dates below and are non-refundable.

1. Upon Registration: A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person.
2. May 1, 2026: A second non-refundable deposit of $1,500 per person.
3. July 15, 2026: Final payment is due and is non-refundable.
4. Please note other deposits may be required as requested from the suppliers.
5. Registrations after July 15, 2026 will be charged an extra $100 service fee and are on a space available basis.
